Dimore Radar App is a specialized field-auditing and photo-scanning solution developed specifically for Dimore Surfaces. The system comprises a powerful, cross-platform Flutter mobile application tailored for field executives and a comprehensive Laravel-based admin portal for backend data review and hierarchy management.
The core objective of the application is to empower the dedicated "Photo Scanner" team to capture high-quality images of dealer showrooms, branding materials, and essential compliance documents directly from the field. These assets are synced instantly with the central server, ensuring real-time visibility for the management.
Equipped with optimized image processing and secure REST API integrations, the system provides management with an organized, highly searchable repository of all field assets. Each project is intelligently mapped to specific geographic locations (States, Cities, Zones, Regions) and deeply integrated with the company's multi-level sales hierarchy.
Previously, field agents collected photos, branding proofs, and dealer documents manually via consumer messaging apps or emails. This unstructured approach led to disorganized storage, misplaced files, and severe difficulties in tracking marketing compliance across various zones.
The management struggled to verify the authenticity, timeline, and location of the submitted photos. Linking thousands of scattered images to specific dealers, sales regions, or audit campaigns required immense manual effort and often resulted in critical data mismatch and reporting delays.
One of the primary technical challenges was developing a reliable image-capturing and compression module within the Flutter app. The app needed to function smoothly across diverse devices and handle large file uploads efficiently, even in remote areas with low network connectivity.
On the backend, the challenge was architecting a highly scalable Laravel admin panel capable of receiving, storing, and rendering thousands of high-resolution images daily without performance degradation. Furthermore, all incoming data had to be strictly mapped to the company's complex Sales Hierarchy (L1 to L5) and Regional mapping structures.
We engineered a highly responsive Flutter mobile app with an intelligent, built-in camera and compression module. The app automatically optimizes images on the device before securely transmitting them to the server via robust REST APIs, ensuring minimal bandwidth usage, faster uploads, and zero data loss.
For the backend, we developed a dynamic Laravel web portal featuring a real-time image gallery, comprehensive dashboard statistics, and role-based access control. Administrators and Sales Managers can now instantly review field submissions, filter assets by specific roles, states, or regions, and maintain complete, transparent oversight of their widespread field operations.
